The meeting, held at Archmere Academy in Claymont, Delaware—Biden’s former school—resulted in the announcement of several key initiatives. These include the launch of a new coast guard exercise, the establishment of a logistics network, an expansion of maritime surveillance, and a project aimed at combating cervical cancer.
