Shiv Sena leader Shaina NC has come out in strong support of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, praising his leadership and dismissing any internal conflicts within the ruling Mahayuti alliance.
Backing Shinde’s recent statement, she said, “Eknath Shinde is absolutely right, he is a strong leader. Look at the situation in 2024—232 seats was a historic victory for the Mahayuti, and that is because he is a mass leader.”
Amid speculation of differences within the Mahayuti alliance, Shaina NC denied any rift, stating, “There is no hot or cold war in Mahayuti, only a development war for a ‘Viksit Maharashtra’ (Developed Maharashtra).”
Mahayuti, the ruling coalition in Maharashtra, has been focusing on infrastructure and economic growth, positioning itself as a stable alliance ahead of the upcoming elections.
