Union Home Minister Amit Shah to Pay Tribute to Rajmata Jijau and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in Maharashtra

Maharashtra Minister and Mumbai BJP President Ashish Shelar announced that Union Home Minister Amit Shah will pay tribute to Rajmata Jijau and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj today in a ceremony that will be attended by key political leaders.

Shelar confirmed that Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, along with Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar, will also be present at the tribute event. The ceremony, honoring the legacy of these iconic figures, highlights the ongoing efforts to celebrate Maharashtra’s rich cultural and historical heritage.

Rajmata Jijau, the mother of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, and the great Maratha king are revered as symbols of bravery, leadership, and selfless service. The tribute comes as part of ongoing efforts to honor their contributions to Maharashtra and the nation.
