Mumbai | Marking the nationwide observance of Constitution Day, Shiv Sena leader Shaina NC paid tribute to the architects of India’s Constitution and called for a renewed commitment to the values enshrined in the country’s foundational document. Speaking on the occasion, she emphasised the importance of unity, integrity and truth in preserving the spirit of the Constitution.
“On Constitution Day, we pay tribute to the visionaries for their courage and foresight in making India into this great land. We reaffirm and uphold the values of the Constitution without spreading any false narratives,” Shaina NC said, highlighting the responsibility of every citizen to honour the ideals laid down by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and other members of the Constituent Assembly.
She noted that Constitution Day serves as a reminder of India’s democratic strength and the guiding principles that have shaped the nation’s journey since independence. Shaina NC stressed that the Constitution remains a living document—one that continues to evolve while safeguarding fundamental rights, social justice and the rule of law.
In her remarks, the Shiv Sena leader also underlined the need to counter false or misleading narratives that may distort constitutional values.
