Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar : Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis attended the 178th Akhand Harinam Saptah organized in the spiritual presence of Shri Sant Sadguru Yogiraj Gangagiriji Maharaj. The annual religious gathering, held with great devotion and tradition, took place at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and saw the participation of thousands of devotees.
The Chief Minister was joined by several prominent leaders, including Minister Girish Mahajan, Minister Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil, and MLA Ramesh Bornare, among others. Their presence added significance to the event, which has become a symbol of Maharashtra’s deep-rooted spiritual culture.
In his address, CM Fadnavis praised the role of Harinam Saptahs in maintaining the moral and spiritual fabric of society. He emphasized how such gatherings inspire unity, peace, and devotion, especially in today’s fast-paced world. “The teachings of saints like Yogiraj Gangagiriji Maharaj continue to guide us in life. This Harinam Saptah is not just a tradition but a celebration of faith and collective consciousness,” he stated.
The event featured continuous chanting of the holy name (Harinam), bhajans, and spiritual discourses by revered saints and scholars. Devotees from across Maharashtra and nearby states participated in large numbers, maintaining the spirit of discipline and devotion throughout the week.
Organizers expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister and other dignitaries for their visit and continuous support in upholding Maharashtra’s spiritual legacy.
