PM Narendra Modi Says India Leaving No Stone Unturned to Tackle Global Crisis

Narendra Modi said India is making every possible effort to deal with the global crisis triggered by the ongoing conflict involving Israel, Iran, and the United States, emphasizing that the government is actively working to address disruptions affecting energy supplies and global markets.

The Prime Minister shared his remarks in a video message posted on the social media platform X on Friday.

India Working at Multiple Levels to Address Crisis

In his message, Modi said that the global crisis created by the ongoing conflict has impacted many countries across the world.

“Today, the global crisis caused by the war has affected almost every country. India is leaving no stone unturned to deal with this situation,” he said.

The Prime Minister added that the Indian government is working at multiple levels to mitigate the impact, including maintaining energy supplies and stabilizing supply chains.

Discussions with Global Leaders

Modi said he has recently held discussions with leaders from several countries to address the disruptions caused by the conflict.

According to him, these conversations focused on finding ways to overcome supply chain disruptions and ensure smooth availability of essential resources.

Warning Against Panic Over LPG Supply

Referring to concerns being raised about LPG availability, the Prime Minister said some people were trying to create panic among citizens.

“Nowadays, there is a lot of discussion about LPG. Some people are trying to create panic and push their own agenda,” Modi said, adding that such attempts not only expose those spreading misinformation but also harm the country’s interests.

Emphasis on Energy Self-Reliance

The Prime Minister also said the crisis highlights the importance of energy self-reliance for any nation.

He noted that over the past few years the government has worked extensively to make India more self-reliant in the energy sector through a holistic approach.

Government Committed to Protecting Public Interest

Reassuring citizens, Modi said the government will ensure that no effort is spared in addressing the challenges arising from the global crisis.

“Our every decision will prioritize the interests of the people,” he said, expressing confidence that India will successfully overcome the challenges posed by the current global situation.
