Ram Kadam Slams Sanjay Raut Over Remarks on Operation Sindoor, Questions Silence on Veer Savarkar

Date:

Mumbai — BJP MLA Ram Kadam lashed out at Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut following his comments on Operation Sindoor, saying Raut has lost credibility and direction in his political statements.

“Sharad Pawar must have caught him by the ears. On one hand, Sanjay Raut has to take care of the Gandhi family, and on the other hand, he has to take care of Sharad Pawar. He doesn’t have a script of his own right now,” Kadam said, criticizing Raut for allegedly trying to balance conflicting political allegiances.

Kadam also questioned Raut’s stance on national security and the armed forces. “How can someone even question our forces? Have they lost their mind?” he asked.

Turning his attention to the Uddhav Thackeray faction, Kadam strongly criticized their silence over Rahul Gandhi’s remarks on Veer Savarkar, asking, “What right does Uddhav Thackeray and his party members have to speak anything on Veer Savarkar? When Rahul Gandhi said all sorts of things against Veer Savarkar, why were Uddhav faction leaders quiet about it?”

The comments have further escalated the ongoing political sparring in Maharashtra over national security and ideological legacy, especially in light of recent developments like Operation Sindoor.
