Union Minister Ramdas Athawale Calls for Probe Into Death Threat Received by Zeeshan Siddique

Date:

Union Minister Ramdas Athawale has responded to reports of a death threat received by NCP leader Zeeshan Siddique, son of former minister Baba Siddique, stating that the matter should be taken seriously and thoroughly investigated.

“If Zeeshan Siddique says that someone has threatened him, then this should be investigated,” Athawale said while speaking to the media.

He expressed confidence in law enforcement, adding, “Mumbai Police is active and will take action.”

The comments come amid growing concerns over the safety of political figures ahead of the upcoming election season. Siddique has reportedly approached the authorities regarding the threat, and an investigation is expected to follow.
