Union Minister Piyush Goyal to Contest from Mumbai North in Upcoming Elections

MUMBAI – Union Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate, Piyush Goyal, has expressed his delight at the opportunity to contest the upcoming elections from Mumbai North. Goyal, a native Mumbaikar, sees this as a privilege and an opportunity to serve his city at a higher level.

“It is a great pleasure that as a Mumbaikar, I am getting the privilege of contesting from Mumbai,” Goyal said. He expressed gratitude towards the party leadership, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, JP Nadda, and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, for showing confidence in him.

Goyal, who has dedicated his life to working for Mumbai, sees this as a chance to raise the voice of Mumbai in the Lok Sabha. “I have worked for Mumbai all my life. Now, it is a matter of happiness for me to be able to raise the voice of Mumbai by going to the Lok Sabha,” he added.
