In a historic development, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk have elevated the relationship between India and Poland to a strategic partnership. Prime Minister Modi, who is the first Indian Prime Minister to visit Poland in 45 years, emphasized the significance of this milestone. “Our visit today marks a new chapter in the India-Poland relationship,” Modi said. “The 70th anniversary of our diplomatic ties is a testament to our longstanding friendship, and upgrading our relationship to a strategic partnership reflects our commitment to a future of deeper cooperation.”
